Bald Eagle P 88 has been observed on a tree, nor far from people, at the federal wharf, for 15 minutes, and then, in the same conditions, in the Shrine gardens.
Some photographs were taken, but not excellent, because of a battery problem. Photographer's name is: Suzanne Bisaillon.
