NEWS FLASH

This last week, January 16 and 17, 2008, the third graders were taking the soil temperatures in our tulip gardens, when discovered that some of our tulips have emerged! We estimated that 36 of our 72 bulbs have emerged. Everyone is so excited, especially since our outside temperatures were very cold for the Pacific Northwest; the cold temperatures also bring sunshine instead of our normal gray skies.
