First actual robin territorial song, hearing it this morning.
Definite and clear and prolonged, from an unchanging location. Heard fragments the past few days.

We have had a large number of robins show up in the area (urban, small houses, some big old trees, between SF Bay and the East Bay hills). Lots of robins showed up between big winter storms here; males fighting in the bushes; berry bush in front yard picked almost clean just this morning.
