I just couldn't believe my eyes! It's 4:30pm and overcast skies,15 degrees and there in the chokecherry tree, not 6 feet from the window, is this robin! Looking at me through the window, as if to say, "...I'm hungry and cold!" He sat there at least 3 minutes, fluffed his feathers and flew to our neighbor's house underneath the eave, where there isn't much snow. He stayed there for just a moment and flew into a different tree and then flew off. It was amazing! there is no doubt that it was a robin, I had a very good look at him and he, me!!
