I first noticed a very large robin on the deck rail.Suddenly another one appeared nearby. To my greater surprise four more appeared and I soon realized there were many more singing in a nearby tree. I was so surprised!!! So big and healthy.Michigan is no where near spring and I shocked and wonderfully surprised to see such a sight.The air seemed thick with robins. I have lived here in Michigan all my life and have never seen such a sight in January
