Robin (First SEEN)

Date: 02/10/2008

Number: 1

I am a teacher and was just getting ready to prepare my students to be on the lookout for Robins. I came home from working at the school and my husband tells me he saw two robins on his walk down by the Quesnel River today! I didn't believe him but he assured me it was true. There were two robins sitting in a tree, they looked nice and plump but were not singing. We have piles and piles of snow here still and have had some cold weather over the last few weeks, dipping down to
-30 degrees celcius! Today it is -10 degrees and partly sunny...seems very strange that they are here so early...maybe we're going to have an early spring.
