Hi from Maryland. The weather is so erratic. One week it is 65 degrees and the next week its 32 degrees. The poor tulips don't know what to do. We have seen a few bulbs emerging and we have put more soil on top of them all, hoping they don't get water inside them and freeze. Let's hope!
