It is February 22nd in Connecticut.
It is 20 degrees and has been snowing
all day.

There is a robin perched on a berry
tree outside near my kitchen window.
He has remained there from noon time
until 1/2 hour before sunset.

We have watched him for several months.
He is always alone and drives other
bird species away when they come to
feed.
