There was a flock of them in the woods right behind our deck (with the bird feeder). They stayed for quite some time, eyeballing the situation. When I went out to scatter some feed on the ground, they flew away. However, this morning (2/23/08), I heard one calling. I hope he's staying - they are such exquisite birds. We do have an open area with a stream just behind the woods which is a perfect habitat.
