Over the last week I've noticed a number of Selasphorus Hummingbirds in William R. Mason Regional Park in Irvine. One I would venture was a definite Rufous (no obvious green on back at all). The rest were the annoying ""sps."": no easy way to tell whether they're Allen's or Rufous.
