I saw the first male rufous hummingbird at my feeder today. It was hovering, and not sitting to feed, so must have arrived today. Willows are breaking bud in this area, though little else is out yet. It was busy driving off Anna's HBs for some time after its first arrival. I may put up a second feeder on the other side of the house just to see if it can keep them off both feeders.
