Mustang Meadows schoolyard garden at Mt. Vernon ES. Last year's tulips were planted behind the fire hydrant, in front of the holly hedge. This year's tulips were planted just outside the wooden edging on either side of the no-plant zone surrounding the fire hydrant. That way it's clear which batch of tulips is which. As it turned out, the boys planted theirs on the left side and the girls planted on the right side.
