Saw a bald eagle while exercising at a gym on the East side of Sioux Falls. It was flying quite low and the head and tail were unmistakeable. Everyone on the treadmills facing the window saw it.

Had also seen one about a month earlier but didn't think to report it. Further East over the Big Sioux River.
