On a late afternoon walk in town we finally saw and heard robins! Not many, but a few, later than usual. Usually we see them in mid February.
The robin song I heard was "song" and "peek" and "tut". It was about 4:30 pm, it was sunny for once, and 45*. The first nice day in a very long time. This robin was in the top of a tree, singing the "song". A few other robins were on the ground and were "peek" and "tut" singing. We have not noticed any worms yet, the ground is mostly still frozen after an inch or two.
