It was about 7 am before I left for school, & I was outside filling the bird feeders when I heard the robin(s). They were making the sound called #1, which I guess is known as the "zeeup" sound. From what I heard from the sound file, they didn't do the first part of the sound, but the second part of it. I then saw it fly out of the tree with one or 2 others. It turned out to be a sunny day I believe. Snow still on the ground somewhat, but melting. I believe the temps were in the 20's-30's that day. We are expecting a short warm up into the 40's and 50's next week. I hope this will be the end of the 20 degree days now at least.
