On Feb/16/08, chilly day, clear weather.
Two Bald Eagles, both perched on a tree, separately, observed between 10:30 a.m. and noon.
The first was visible from 'rue Montesson', but far, facing Becancour-Harbour, (southern shore of St-Lawrence River).
As I was going West, from Becancour to Ste-Angele on 'route 132', I observed the second closer to me, but among branches, and its back towards me,
So, no good pictures available, and no band visible.
