I was out for a snowshoe excursion this morning.Nice sunny, bright, cool -10 degrees celsius. I spotted a whole multitude of birds which appeared to be female cardinals? I don't really think that they where female cardinals, but that's just what they looked like? Anyway, while I was viewing these birds, and trying to figure out what they where, I spotted my first Robin of the season. It flew away before I could get a picture of it....A good sign that Spring is near :)
