I saw 10-15 robins scattered in several trees in the wetlands beside my driveway. When I first came out to the driveway, the robins were vocalizing the high-pitched "seee". I looked up to see if I could spot the red-tailed hawk that frequents my backyard, but did not see him. As soon as I was spotted, the robins stated to "peek tut" to say "hello". This is the start of my summer time relationship with the robins that nest in my backyard.
