I saw about 20 robins outside the school window this afternoon. These were both the first robins I have seen AND the first wave! They were hanging out in the sumac trees on the edge of the school yard and the woods. They were also only on the ground where there was some mud. Later that day I heard them singing! Oh goodie!!
