Sighted 9 adult and 2 juvenile bald eagles at Lake Manawa Council Bluffs, IA today. Ice was still covering the lake last week but now the lake is pretty well open. The following day we only saw 5 bald eagles. Others may have been feeding in the nearby Missouri River.
