The hummingbird was a male Ruby throated hummingbird and seen trying to feed from my hummingbird feeder here in town. I promptly cleaned the feeder and put new feed out, as you can imagine. The hummingbirds usually come this time of year, about two weeks after I notice that the Tufted Titmouse begins filling the air with his songs. Also it is about the same time that our Cherry Blossom festival takes place so that there are a great deal of blossoms to feed from.
