We had a huge snowstorm on March 7 & 8, but when the snow began to melt a week later the first tulips be began to emerge. As more drifts melted, more tulips tips could be seen. We took a "Green" walk on St. Patrick's Day and took a closer look at the emerging tulips. Surprisingly they the early shoots are red.
