We saw our first monarch of the season today. We were on the Texas side of Texarkana going to buy some supplies for our outdoor classroom at Kilpatrick Elementary in Texarkana, AR. The monarch was flying east and was low to the ground. It looked healthy and had a strong flight pattern.
