Driving North on Route 481 just about 1 mile south of the Phoenix exit (Route 57A) at approximately 1250 hours on Tuesday, March 18th, I observed a mature bald eagle soaring above the highway. It was sunny and clear so I had a fabulous view of this magnificent bird!
