We had a major wave of robins come through this part of the Ottawa Valley yesterday (3/27). Weather was fairly mild, just above zero, no precip, light winds. The one in my tree was a male, and he was vocalizing from the comfort of my spruce tree. Gone today (3/28)though! There’s still tons of snow on the ground here, so they were all over the sides of the road, picking in the gravel, as well as any snow free areas around the houses.
