When we went outside at 12:20 PM CST, we saw a Monarch Butterfly flying, we had not seen one on our playground since last fall.
When I tried to find more milkweed for the monarch eggs we are raising, I asked people at our school who live in the country.
They said that they usually have lots of milkweed, but they didn't find any when they checked. (other than one patch that the highway crew unfortunately mowed down.)
