Crocus are blooming, daffodils are in bud, lots of plants starting to show their noses through the earth, columbine, hosta, bleeding heart, astilbes, phlox, peonies, all coming up, honeysuckle is leafing out and several shrubs are starting to bud. The male goldfinches are turning yellow, the number of juncos is dwindling, guess they are moving north again. Hummingbird feeder is up and today Mr. Bull Frog came out of hibernation. It wasn't a bad winter here in New Jersey but it did seem like a long one, glad its over!!!!
