I wish I could tell you we have signs of Spring in Gowganda but I can't. The snow is deeper now than in the middle of winter. No Spring birds have arrived. It is still cold -17C this morning. Even with the sun shining it is cold due to winds.
However, crows are congregating and becoming very noisy. They are showing up in back yards fighting for scraps left for Jays and Black Capped Chickadees.This is the only sign of Spring in our neck of the woods.
