I am not 100% sure, but unless there is a similar bird this was definitely a whooping crane that I saw. It was actually walking in the street while I was driving, I stopped to watch and get a picture, but unfortunately I missed getting a picture with my cell phone as it flew away. Am I correct that this is not a typical location of this bird. This Bird was by itself, could it have gotten lost, as this is a residential area in the south part of Boston.
