My husband and I both saw monarchs on the same day, in different locations. He saw his in the morning and I saw mine in the afternoon. We each saw one and we weren't able to tell the condition of their wings. They were just flying about, not eating or laying eggs. It was a breezy day, but I couldn't tell you from which direction the wind was blowing. I'm not sure about the milkweed. If it's not up yet, it will be soon!
