We live in town and I know of NO milkweed in close distance to our house. We have Jasmine, a large hedge of Van Hoote Spirea, still some blooms on Bridal wreath spirea, various Jonquil/daffodils, and violets blooming in the yard at this moment. Azaleas, Yellow Rose of Texas and white flowering quince or Japonica also blooming. We have oxalis in the back yard that is blooming also.
