I did not become interested in Hummers until last year. I didnt know when to expect them in this part of Virginia, but I have been watching since the end of March. They are back!! A beautiful male at my feeder just a few minutes ago. I started with one feeder last year, then a second, then a third. I bought a fourth last week. April 14 has a big red circle on my calendar! ( I am glad some of you leave comments, I love to read the reactions from others who see their first hummer of the year)
