Maintaining a 2.5 acre site for past 22 years. Have worked to preserve native plantings and remove invasive non natives. This is a mixed deciduous and coniferous woodland abutted by wetlands and adjacent to meadow area. This tract supports many species of wildlife including mammals,birds,amphibians and insects.We have participated in National Wildlife Federation Backyard Habitat program as well as Monarch Watch Waystation program. We have been tagging monarchs for many years and have a wildflower and milkweed meadow to support butterflies bees and hummingbirds.
