I saw an Eagle diving down from circling above in the air. The Eagle spotted some road kill. The location was outside the East Gate at Fort Leonard Wood near the Big Piney River. I was surprised it was an Eagle I was expecting it to be a Turkey Vulture or something else. I saw it from behind first. Then it opened its wings in preparation to land on the road kill. That is when I saw the white tail and white head. Wow, what a surprise.
