No sign of either of our two species of milkweeds of which we have an abundance of both when they do emerge.

Nectar sources we have already available are not prime monarch choices, I believe: violets, marsh marigolds, service berry, forsythia, breath-of-spring, some early rhododendron hybrids, grape hyacinth, dandelion, weeping cherry. Coral honeysuckle, lilacs, and columbine flower buds are almost fully open.
