Tulips BLOOMED

Date: 04/23/2008

Number: 1

We were surprised after spring break 21 0f 30 tulips emerged and now one of them blooms! It looks awesome! Kids are so excited and it was on the school t.v. news. We are going to plant wild flowers around them for another science/reading project. The kids took their inside tulips home for mothers day and replanted them at home. We found that when we graphed the temperature and it steadied at 64 degrees for three days it was enough for the tulips to sense it was spring!
