I live in Stillwater, mn on the St. Croix River, and about April 13 I saw about 20 bald eagles fly north over me. I had my binoculars and they had all the markings. But I did not know they would be in those numbers. It was a beautiful sight, they were catching all the wind currents and not working at all.
