We spotted our first Monarch today, and upon checking our newly emerged milkweed plants in the garden we discovered at least 25 eggs. We collected about half of them to rear for classroom use. We will keep an eye on the others for the next few days. We are hoping our milkweed keep up with the demands of so many larva.
