We had two Hummingbird feeders out since the first week in April, plus one Oriole feeder. On May 2nd,we had as many as 5 Baltimore and 1 Orchard Oriole here at a time, how exciting. The Hummers were a little late this year, but finally on May 4th, we saw our first Male Ruby-throated Hummer. On May 7th, we had 3 male hummers here fighting for a feeder. It was so comical to see them buzzing around, once two almost hit us. My wife and I really enjoy this site so much. We have been keeping a log of the different birds in our yard for over 20 years.
