While looking at the milkweed in my garden I discovered 15 larvae approx. 3 days old. It took some careful searching as they were located at the inner-most leaves. Perhaps they were attracted to the very young, tender leaves. They may have also been seeking shelter from the current high winds: 23 gusting to 44 mph. Now they are safely in my home.
