We noticed a hummingbird nest in outside our livingroom window about a month ago. Last week the fledglings (2) seemingly grew overnight and left the nest. They continue to remain somewhere in the tree as we have seen the mother continue to feed the growing birds. The mother looks like the female version of the red-throated hummingbird with a green back and a white/silver belly. It has been quite an exciting experience!
