On Saturday we traveled up the Bruce Peninsula (between Georgian Bay and Lake Huron, seeing several monarchs along the way. The common milkweed was about a foot high and we found monarch eggs at every stop (Shallow Lake, Red Bay and Stokes Bay). Very little swamp milkweed was up.
