I saw a lone monarch while at the playground today with the kids.
Flying too fast so couldn't determine gender. Checked milkweed plot nearby (- about a dozen healthy plants, some multi-stemmed) - someone there loves monarchs too: )) but did not find a single egg, nor any on mine. Hope another wave comes thru soon... The kids are looking forward to raising some monarchs again this year!
