At 6 PM I saw my first Monarch since May. It was a female and was feeding on various flowers including Mexican Sunflower, and a large wild sunflower that grows in my yard. The weather was overcast and it was beginning to rain slightly. I will be checking my milkweed to see if she laid any eggs before I went outside to see her.
