About 6:30 this evening, we saw 10 or 12 robins in our backyard, on the grass and in the trees nearby. (I suspect there were more we could not see.) This is unusual. We usually see only two or three robins throughout the summer in our yard. (We do have a crab apple tree in the front yard which is loaded with berries, but we did not see them there.
