I have been observing for 2 month a strked back oriole pair.They nested in my backyard palm tree. Two weeks ago the nest was raided by 5 raccoons (2 adults and 3 juvenile) and I rescue one chick oriole.For 2-3 days the parents stayed in the area then left.Today for the first time I was seeing a female oriole next to my chick Which roam free in 2-3 bushes but still relay on my wax worm feeding.He enter the house at sunset.I don't know how can I have him independent.Any idea?
