I am curious what other Monarch watchers and taggers are experiencing in Ontario this season? Monarch numbers here on Erie's north shore in the central basin (at Monarch Landing-Port Burwell) have been very light this week,Sept 6th to 12th. I estimate perhaps 3 to 4 hundred butterflies have moved through when we are use to many thousands.(The peak last year was Sept.9th).
