Another beautiful day here in eastern Kansas (Richmond). Monarchs plentiful today but not as numerous as last night. Observed three clusters here, about 25 each. We tagged instead about eight miles northwest, or a few miles south of Princeton, Kansas. About two hundred monarchs there, we were able to tag over fifty until we ran out of tags and could have tagged that many more.
