Monarch (OTHER Observations)

Date: 09/26/2008

Number: 1

I was in a carpool going to catillion when a Monarch fluttered past we hit stoplight, so it landed on the hood of the car long enough for me to glimpse it's wings it WAS a monarch. My science teacher taught me how to identify a vicery and a monarch by the one black stripe on the lower wing.
