Last evening (Oct. 7) right at dusk I had about 30 Monarchs descend into the area dropping from high up, it seemed. The first clear wave of significant numbers. This morning from 9:30 to 9:40 I counted over a hundred lifting off, and some already a couple hundred feet up.
Most are heading SSW so far.
